We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club) and PostFinance cards (please note that PostFinance cards cannot be used on the Migros Online mobile app). If you pay by credit card or PostFinance card, the relevant amount is debited after your order has been processed at Migros Online logistics center.
Credit and PostFinance cards:
- Invoiced amounts are automatically debited from the corresponding account.
Paying-in slip (by post or online):
- Payment by paying-in slip is subject to confirmed creditworthiness. If this automatic check is negative or no information is available about your creditworthiness, you can only pay by credit card. This is a safety precaution with regard to minors and also any first order containing alcoholic beverages.
- Online paying-in slip (free of charge): Your online invoice appears in the order overview of your customer account within two business days of delivery of your order.
- Payment by post (CHF 1.50 charge per invoice): On the 16th day of each month, we send you invoices and paying-in slips for all orders you placed in the previous four weeks. Failure to settle invoices by the stated deadline may result in payment by paying-in slip being blocked. Until your invoice has been paid, all subsequent orders can only be paid for by credit or PostFinance card.
