Too early: Your PickMup order will probably not be ready before the stated delivery time. It is best to collect your order at the stated time.
Too late: If you don't collect your PickMup order on the selected date, or if you arrive outside the pickup hours, any fresh products and frozen goods in your order can no longer be handed out to you because the cold chain has been interrupted. These products will not be refunded. The dry and nonperishable products in your order can be collected from your PickMup location by 10 AM on the following business day. Any orders not collected by the stated deadlines are neither stored nor refunded.
