At the pickup location:
- Scsn the QR code on your order confirmation or enter the reference number using the keyboard on the PickMup Box screen.
- The PickMup Box has several temperature zones. Depending on what you ordered, the compartments containing frozen goods will open first. Remove your articles and close the compartments.
- The compartments containing fresh produce will open next. Once you have removed your products and closed the compartments again, the compartments containing the remaining products will open.
If, at the end of this process, you realize that you forgot to remove products from one of the compartments, scan or enter your QR code again to reopen the compartments.
